MHISC Publications

Update

Update is MHISC’s quarterly, full-color membership magazine published for the manufactured housing industry in South Carolina. 

The interests of every membership category, from manufacturers to community managers, are taken into consideration when creating Update.  Each issue features a special section devoted to the news and developments of an area directly involved in the manufactured housing industry.  Some special interest section topics include financial services, insurance and industry suppliers.

MODern Times

MODern Times is the only magazine dedicated to the modular market in South Carolina.  Retailers and Residential Builders across South Carolina rely on MODern Times to keep their finger on the pulse of the modular industry.

MODern Times is a quarterly newsletter published for the South Carolina Modular Housing Institute.
