Professional in Transition
PROFILE
My qualifications are rooted in Factory Built Housing. I have spent 19 years in the housing industry and have an excellent working knowledge of construction and home sales. For the past 7 years I have been working with a warranty company which covers materials, workmanship and structural defects in homes and commercial structures. I have worked in sales and service of warranties and builders risk insurance. This position has allowed me to work with builders nationwide and at home shows all over the southeast. I worked with over 500 builders as my client base and traveled 35 to 40 weeks annually to home shows and building locations.
Prior to the warranty company I was in charge of site inspections and final placement of homes. I worked with sub contractors, engineers, surveyors and inspectors to assure compliance and superior finished product. I was directly responsible for operations of 7 retail manufactured housing sales centers. I audited locations for appearance, staffing & training, reviewed P&Ls with emphasis on sales and controllable expenses. I worked directly with contractors on real property projects, oversaw final project completion and worked with customers to insure satisfaction in their home buying experience.
