State Agency Names Attorney as New Leader for SC Manufactured Housing Board

The next leader for the state licensing board will be Lil Ann Grey.  She's been named Program Coordinator for the board. That means she'll have the role held by Mike Anderson before he retired, David Bennett before he passed away and Jake Jones before they ran him off.

Lil Ann was an attorney for the board's parent agency, LLR--the SC Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation.  She's been working closely with Gary Wiggins in preparation for the move.  Gary and Doug Green have been holding down the fort since Mike Anderson retired while handling myriad other duties.

Lil Ann Grey is a USC Law School graduate and also worked in private practice and for the SC Department of Consumer Affairs.  She's a friendly, pleasant person and I look forward to working with her.
